My name is Eric Lee, PT, DPT — a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Livermore local, and the founder of Eleet Health Physical Therapy. I started Eleet Health because I kept seeing the same problem: patients who needed physical therapy couldn't reliably get to it. Whether it was a hip replacement patient who couldn't drive, an older adult intimidated by a busy clinic, or someone managing Parkinson's who found every trip exhausting — the logistics of getting to care were standing in the way of actually getting better.

So I brought the clinic to them. With over four years of dedicated home-based physical therapy practice across the Tri-Valley and East Bay, I've worked with patients in their homes — the environment where their recovery actually has to stick. At Eleet Health, every visit is one-on-one with a doctoral-level therapist. No aides, no hand-offs, no shared gym time.
